I have consistently heard positive feedback about the VALOR program from past participants, and it has been a goal of mine to take part for some time. I chose to wait until I reached a point both personally and professionally where I could be fully present and commit the necessary time to the experience. Through VALOR, I look forward to gaining a deeper understanding of Virginia’s diverse agricultural industry, strengthening my leadership skills, and building meaningful connections that will enhance my work as an Extension Agent and support the communities I serve.
