Sam Norman, originally from Hereford MD which is halfway in between Lancaster PA and Baltimore City (a little bit country, and a little bit…) I currently live in New Kent County Virginia with my husband Brian and son Walter.
I have had the pleasure of working for and with several great leaders. I have not been able to put my finger on what that *spark* is that makes them a great leader but I am hoping to find that on this VALOR journey.
I also have a passion for agriculture and I am greatly looking forward to see all the aspects of agriculture Virginia (and beyond) has to offer.
I have already learned so much from my fellow cohort members and look forward to continue discussions with them as we go on our travels.
